Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Gurney Hotel, Penang

Dear hubby wanted to pay a visit to the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Gurney Hotel branch along Gurney Drive after dinner last night. It has been more than three years since we have last been to any Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf cafes! Anyway, this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf branch seems quite family friendly as we saw another family with a baby there. Maybe because it is situated next to a hotel?

Getting a car park along Gurney Drive wasn’t too bad given that it was a week day and it was around 9pm. We had the chance to walk along the walkway listening to the lapping sounds of the waves with the sea breeze blowing at our faces.

Won’t comment much about the food and drinks as they will probably be the same at the other branches but we have plans to return for breakfast one day sitting outside the cafe under one of the many umbrella tables with a safe place for Baby Lee to run around while we enjoy our coffee and newspapers by the sea!
